Dan's work uses photography to explore the interplay of beauty and the sublime within the layers of memory, decay and aspiration that the landscape embodies. Although aesthetic in intent his images search for deeper metaphorical meanings, juxtaposing the indistinct imprint of human agency with natural, wild landscapes.
