Huw Phillips

Huw hand‑throws each vessel, responding to clay’s softness. A fine white slip is burnished onto the surface before saggar firing. Wrapped with copper wire, leaves, salt, seaweed, and other materials, the pots develop subtle smoke tones and organic markings created by the reduction atmosphere.
